Our greatest area of expertise
is packaging agricultural powders and granules into water-soluble (PVA) film.
However, branching into other markets, BPS can provide diverse packaging
capabilities. In addition to PVA, BPS is experienced in running
virtually any type of flexible film such as polyethylene, paper foil
laminate, polyester laminates or Valeron.
We have the equipment and expertise to fill powders, granules, liquids
and gels into these packages. BPS
can run single lane “pillow style” bags or multi-lane “4 side seal”
packages.
We also have an extensive
tablet and briquetting operation. Several million pounds of water
treatment compounds are produced annually and compressed into tablets and
bricks ranging in sizes from 1 gram to 17 ounces.
